Following successful completion of the Campus Development Framework in 2006, MU was commissioned to lead the preparation of the Campus Development Plan (CDP) for Victoria University that is part of Victoria’s Strategic Asset Management Plan. The plan describes the planning solutions and physical design directions and intentions necessary to support Victoria’s objectives and achieve its strategic vision. It addresses refurbishments and ongoing facility upgrading, and campus growth and development through to 2030, while anticipating and providing avenues for growth and change beyond that time. The plan was based on interactive collaborative workshops utilising the best and most experienced educational planning expertise from across Australasia. McIndoe Urban has an ongoing role overseeing the implementation of the plan.
